PROJECT OVERVIEW
Clinicas Del Camino Real, Inc. is seeking bids from qualified and licensed General Contractors for the construction of a new El Rio Care Plus Urgent Care facility. The selected contractor will work in close coordination with our architectural firm, Muller Worthy Architects, and the project management team to deliver the facility on time and within budget.

NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. (“Owner”) is soliciting formal sealed bids from licensed and qualified contractors for a Tenant Improvement (TI) project at the location identified above.
SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and supervision necessary to complete construction based on approved plans and specifications, including but not limited to:
· Site preparation and demolition
· Foundation and structural framing
· Interior and exterior construction
· Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems
· ADA-compliant improvements
· Finishes and medical-grade flooring
· Coordination of inspections and final occupancy
· The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a negotiated fixed-price contract.
Note: Final construction documents will be provided upon permit approval. Schematic design and draft plans will be shared for bidding purposes.
PLAN STATUS DISCLOSURE
The drawings and specifications issued with this Request for Bids are PLAN-CHECK SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS and ARE NOT PERMIT-APPROVED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
· The plans are currently under review by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
· Building permits have not yet been issued.
· The plan-check process may result in revisions, clarifications, or additional requirements prior to permit approval.
By submitting a bid, bidders acknowledge and agree that:
· Pricing is based on the current plan-check set.
· Final construction documents may differ from the bid documents.
· The Owner reserves the right to issue addenda and/or request revised pricing once permit comments are resolved.
· No construction authorization will be issued prior to permit approval.

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND EXTENSIONS
The bid submission deadline identified in this Request for Bids is subject to change.
Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the bid submission deadline at any time prior to bid opening. Extensions may be issued due to, but not limited to:
· Ongoing plan-check or permit review by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
· Issuance of revised drawings, addenda, or clarifications
· Project scheduling considerations
· Operational or administrative needs of the Owner
Any extension of the bid deadline will be communicated through a formal addendum and/or public notice on the same platform(s) where the original solicitation was posted.
Bidders are responsible for monitoring all solicitation postings and addenda. Failure to acknowledge a deadline extension or addendum may render a bid non-responsive.
BID REQUIREMENTS
Please include the following in your bid package:
· Cover letter with firm background and licensing info
· Summary of relevant healthcare or commercial project experience
· Preliminary construction schedule and availability
· Cost breakdown or lump sum estimate based on schematic plans
· List of proposed subcontractors (if known)
· Statement of insurance coverage and bonding capacity
· References from recent projects
