City of Oxnard - PW 25-22 City Hall & Annex Improvements Project

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to repair of the exterior facade of the City Hall Annex building located at 300 W Third St., Oxnard, CA 93030. The Work entails the enhancement of the exterior building facade including the removal of spalling concrete, patching of voids in the concrete, application of concrete sealant, resealing all windows and building appurtenances, application of graffiti film to windows, and exterior painting.
